Hello fellow runners!  My name is Nick Oleniczak and I am very excited for warm weather up in Wisconsin to get in some consistent outdoor running in.  This blog that I have set up will consist of me updating my followers on the progress of training for the upcoming race season.  Each post that I will publish will follow two different aspects.  My training schedule for approximately two weeks time frame, and my dietary schedule for that same two weeks.  This will allow me to monitor my progress throughout the spring to help prepare for summer races and will give readers insight as to how to conduct their own training.
